To streamline access to hurricane-related resources, we have created a Hurricane Resources webpage for insureds and practice staff at lammico.com/hurricane. We will continue to post federal and state resources and information that may be useful to you during the response and recovery from Hurricane Ida.

INFORMATION FOR INSUREDS SEVERLY IMPACTED BY HURRICANE IDA
An email will be forthcoming in the next few days to LAMMICO insureds in parishes included in Emergency Rule 47 issued by Commissioner Donelon of the Louisiana Department of Insurance (see lammico.com/hurricane). This email will contain information regarding payment of premium, part-time status, suspension of coverage, etc. for those severely impacted by the hurricane.
The U.S. Postal Service has announced resumed operations in many areas and has prepared a list of alternate post office locations for others. All of LAMMICO’s offices can now receive mail. For more information about postal service in hurricane impacted areas, click here.
We have received some inquiries from insureds not affected by the hurricane regarding where to send their premium payments to ensure they can continue to obtain certificates of insurance, PCF enrollment, etc.
The best way to pay your premium is through the IPFS online portal. (See instructions below.) This option is available if your renewal was on or after August 1, 2021.
If payment through IPFS is not an option for you, please mail your payment to the appropriate lockbox address below, as noted on your invoice.

ONLINE PAYMENT (for renewals after August 1, 2021)
To pay premiums online, please use the IPFS online payment portal, if your renewal was on or after August 1, 2021.
Online payment via ACH (bank account) or credit card* is available via Imperial PFS (IPFS), our online payment solution. IPFS services become available at your renewal.
If you are registered as a Member on lammico.com, you can access IPFS TotalPay™ portal to pay premium (and PCF surcharge for Louisiana insureds).
In order to access IPFS services, you or your practice manager/designated billing contact must be registered as a Member on lammico.com before your renewal invoice is generated (approximately 30 days before renewal month).
To register as a Member, go to lammico.com/registration. You will need your LAMMICO policy number, found on your certificate of insurance.
